Myself, the Chef & Owner of 20g Coffee, I am a passionate chef, with 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked in leading world class hotel chains, and fine dining restaurants in Melbourne, Mauritius, and Seychelles. I pride myself on high-quality food made with skills and lots of love.
